Step 5 - Keep Moving!

 

Find a fitness routine that you really enjoy. yogaSome examples are:

  • Walking - from the Mayo Clinic

  • Dancing

  • Aerobics

  • Strength Training

  • Yoga - from Rodale

  • Tai Chi

  • Etc,etc,etc!

No matter how good a fitness routine is, if you do not enjoy it, you will not practice it enough to make a difference!
